I am so glad that I chose Karina to help me buy an investment property! She could not have been more helpful. Karina has a ton of experience and it showed. She was always quick to show me new properties as soon as they were listed and then broke down all of the numbers on a spread sheet that was easy for me to understand costs, fees and income. If I had any questions about any of the properties we were looking at I was amazed about how quickly she would get back to me with the answers. Once we found a property that I was interested In she did an incredible job negotiating the price.
